          By using Syxlor Upload, you agree to these terms. This service is provided for secure file transfer purposes only.
        

1. Service Description

Syxlor Upload is a temporary file transfer service. Current default limits are up to 5 GB per file, 10 files per browser batch, and 10 GB combined per batch. Operators may change these limits. Share links remain active for the configured retention period (24 hours by default), after which files are scheduled for deletion.

2. Eligibility & Access

This service is open to the public. However, we reserve the right to restrict access, block IP addresses, or terminate uploads at any time without notice to prevent abuse. No account registration is required.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that:

Is illegal under applicable law
Infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
Contains malware, viruses, web shells, or malicious code
Constitutes spam, phishing, or fraudulent material
Violates the privacy or rights of any third party

Uploading illegal content, malware, or attempting to compromise the server infrastructure will result in immediate removal, permanent IP bans, and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. File Limits

Maximum file size: 5 GB by default (operator-configurable)
Browser batch: 10 files / 10 GB by default (operator-configurable)
Maximum link lifetime: 24 hours by default (operator-configurable)
Download count: unlimited within the expiry period

5. No Guarantee of Availability

Syxlor Upload is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data retention beyond the stated expiry, or availability at any specific time. Do not rely on this service as your only copy of important files.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. By uploading, you grant Syxlor the limited right to store and serve the file for the purpose of operating the service during the expiry period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syxlor and Tasfiq Ahmed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or service interruption.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Syxlor's place of business. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
